If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download or play the Game. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Lolly Pop is a free-to-play casual mobile game where players tap matching candy bubbles to score points, build combos, and earn real-brand reward coupons.

The Game is:

• Free to download and play — no purchase required to enjoy the full game
• Supported by advertising through Google AdMob and partner networks
• Available to players aged 3 and above, rated Everyone (3+)
• Developed and maintained by Lolly Pop Games, India

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the Game or any feature at any time without prior notice.

To maintain a fair and enjoyable experience for all players, you agree not to:

• Use cheats, bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate game scores or progress
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics for unfair advantage
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or modify the Game's code or servers
• Use the Game to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
• Impersonate other players or Lolly Pop Games staff
• Attempt to claim rewards fraudulently or multiple times using technical means
• Interfere with other players' enjoyment of the Game

Lolly Pop offers reward coupons from third-party brands including Zomato, Swiggy, Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, and others ("Partners") when players reach certain lifetime point milestones.

Important terms regarding rewards:

• Rewards are subject to availability and may change or be discontinued at any time
• Coupon codes are provided by our affiliate Partners and are subject to each Partner's own terms and conditions
• Each reward can only be claimed once per account/device
• Lolly Pop Games is not responsible for Partner coupon codes that are expired, invalid, or non-functional
• Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money
• Rewards cannot be transferred to another user or account
• We reserve the right to modify reward thresholds, values, and partner offers at any time
• Fraudulent reward claims will result in account termination and legal action where applicable

Lolly Pop is a free game supported by advertising. By playing the Game, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Advertisements may be displayed during gameplay, between levels, and when continuing after game over
• Watching rewarded video ads is optional and grants in-game benefits (+1 life)
• We use Google AdMob and mediation partners to deliver ads
• Ad content is determined by advertising networks and not by Lolly Pop Games
• We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or legality of third-party advertisements

You may opt out of personalised advertising through your device settings. This does not remove ads from the Game but may make them less relevant.

All content in Lolly Pop — including but not limited to game design, graphics, sounds, animations, text, logos, and the "Lolly Pop" name and brand — is owned by Lolly Pop Games and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Game without written permission
• Create derivative works based on the Game
• Use the Lolly Pop name, logo, or brand in any commercial context without permission
• Stream or monetise gameplay content without prior written consent

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Lolly Pop Games does not warrant that:

• The Game will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times
• All bugs and defects will be corrected immediately
• The Game will be compatible with all devices and operating systems
• Reward coupons from Partners will always be available or valid

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lolly Pop Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game, including loss of game progress, data, or rewards.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed ₹500 (five hundred Indian rupees).

Your use of Lolly Pop is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read our Privacy Policy carefully to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Game at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms or our fair play policy
• Fraudulent activity, including cheating or reward abuse
• Conduct that harms other players or the Game's integrity
• Legal requirements or court orders

Upon termination, your licence to use the Game immediately ends and any unclaimed rewards are forfeited. You may terminate your use of the Game at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Lolly Pop shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at legal@lollypopgame.com to resolve the matter amicably. We commit to responding to all disputes within 14 business days.

For players in the European Union, you may also refer disputes to your local consumer protection authority or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through an in-app notification and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of Lolly Pop after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Game.
